Grid Financial offers a complete turnkey default services program. Our program offers servicers a simple loan information upload process for borrowers who will  be sent a borrower solicitation package (BSP), for follow up with the borrower(s), and for collecting documents required to evaluate the loan for a preforeclosure workout alternative. Our system is fully integrated with Fannie Mae’s Servicing Management  Default Underwriter (SMDU) rule engine, ensuring accurate and consistent interpretation of Fannie Mae policy for all your workouts.

Grid Financial provides a progressive customer contact program designed to achieve quality right party contact, and to increase borrower responsiveness, while providing the basis for an accurate workout evaluation. Our contact system includes phone calls, emails and texts (as applicable), as well as priority and overnight mail. Our fully integrated program provides you access to real-time annotations and updates so you can maintain all communication and contact attempts to supplement your in-house communications.

Grid Financial evaluates loans for all retention and preforeclosure liquidation workouts in the workout hierarchy for first lien, conventional loans. Once a loan is evaluated and a workout option is selected, we immediately prepare and provide you the documents required for the preforeclosure workout for your review and approval. Once approved, we send the documents to the borrower(s) and follow up to explain the workout option. We are not done yet. Grid Financial also will process all reporting in HSSN and IR2(HAMP), as applicable.  We also support your monthly delinquency reporting requirements.  Finally, all documents, notes, SMDU messages, plan terms, etc. are available from  the Grid-SMDU system and, if needed, are printable for your servicing file records.

Our property preservation group will give you peace of mind, knowing that your property is not suffering needless price decay due to neglect. We will keep your vacant properties code compliant based on each MSA. We provide a consolidated billing structure that is itemized by service provided.
